Trailer of the Week: Metal Gear Solid V Debut Trailer

The 2013 Game Developers Conference took place this week, and with it came the debut trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, this week’s Trailer of the Week! A previous trailer released in December under the title “The Phantom Pain” was strongly suspected as being an undercover Metal Gear Solid trailer, and has now been proven to be the case. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will take place after the events of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 (no release date announced yet).

There were quite a few exciting trailers released last Friday at the 2012 Video Game Awards, but this trailer for the The Phantom Pain- which is all but officially confirmed to be Metal Gear Solid V -is this week’s Trailer of the Week! We’ll hopefully get official confirmation and a release date soon, but in the mean time you can check out some of the other exciting trailers from the 2012 VGA’s!
