Steam Implements a refund policy

Steam will now allow you to get a refund for almost all purchases made in their store. If you buy a game and play 2 hours or less within the first 14 days you can get a full refund for the game, FOR ANY REASON.

This is a great change to Valve’s Steam service. Something GOG.com has been doing for quite a while now. This will make all of those Early Access games much more appealing to try, and if you don’t like it you can actually get money back for it. This is a great day for PC gamers!
