The Coin-Op Question: Which 7th Gen Title is The Greatest?

The 7th Generation gave us plenty to be thankful for.  We were introduced to the stunning world of Bioshock.  This series would push storytelling to the next level.  Old franchises were revitalized (“Tomb Raider”, “Mortal Kombat”).  Thanks to Rocksteady, Batman games would become not-only playable, but memorable.  Rockstar Games continued to make AAA experiences, with GTA follow-ups and putting together possibly the best western in “Red Dead Redemption”.  Here is a list of the Top-selling 7th Gen titles for Wikipedia aid.

  2. Hmm. I’m going to go with Fallout: New Vegas. There were a lot of open world games during that time, but New Vegas was one of the few games that actually made me really care about exhaustively exploring what they had created, and it didn’t just devolve into filling out checklists.
