Capcom’s Street Fighter characters alone have reached iconic status. However they weren’t the only ones to do so. SNK and Anime legends for other companies would face-off in some unique Capcom developed titles. Never thought I’d see the day where Ken The Eagle would clash with Ryu. Also we were given the opportunity to make dream teams. Terry Bogard and Ken Masters on the same team? Yes please.
Most of the “Vs” games popularity stems from comic book origins. Marvel vs Capcom 2 is the title that never seemed to leave my Dreamcast. Mixing and matching the massive character roster, made the fun seem limitless. We all have our awesome memories. Let’s talk about it. The Coin-Op Question: Which Capcom Versus Game is The Best?

I love Tatsunoko vs Capcom, it was fun and wacky game. I like Marvel vs Capcom 3 just because of Deadpool, In anime, I like J-stars Victory Vs +.

That would be awesome if they did that. I had fun with the first one on the Wii and I like the arcade version.

I would have to go with Capcom vs SNK. As much as I love Marvel vs Capcom 2, the third game didn’t feel as good. I disliked that Launch button a great deal and the roster was paltry in comparison. I grew up digging SNK’s fighting games more than Capcom’s, and having the King of Fighters characters filtered through Capcom’s development was pretty cool. (Can’t say the same for SvC Chaos. Played fine, but ONE chance to beat the true boss!!? Get bent!!)
