Play Legit @ OGDE 2015

Real Talk By: KJ

This past weekend at COSI  was the 3rd Annual Ohio Game Developer Expo.  Such a great opportunity to link up with like-minded people.  There were tons of amazing local brewed games on tap for gamers to play.  We had our own booth set up with goodies.  Cmack The Don, Hec G, Jason Johns and I were there.  The squad gave out free Pinball Tokens (courtesy of Level-One Bar+Arcade), some totally rad black and white flyers. Finally, some limited edition Play Legit “Stunna Shades”.  People came-up, traded gaming stories, and played some classic titles with us.

Here was our lineup of games:

Crazy Taxi (Dreamcast) The definitive version.

Mario Kart 64 (N64) The family favorite of the weekend.

Mario Tennis (N64)

Marvel Vs Capcom 2 (Dreamcast) Curly Mustaches.

Pit Fighter (PS3) For laughs of course.

Power Stone 2 (Dreamcast) “Why wont they make a sequel?” This was said many times by people over the weekend.  Oh, and also “Doesn’t Capcom like money?”.  We had the four player set up as well, really maximizing the fun.

Total Carnage (PS3) The Smash TV predecessor.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (PS3) This was played on the last day to close things out properly.  The Snoop Dogg stage is still one of the greatest things ever.

Stay tuned, as we will detail the indie games played over the next few months.  Another awesome year at the Expo indeed.
