The Coin-Op Question: What Was Your Favorite Announcement From E3 2015

Real Talk By: KJ

A plethora of game announcements wereunleashed this week.  However, some stood out from the pack.  Me being a retro nut, I loved that the classics of Rare are (finally) coming to Xbox One.  Battletoads, Jet force Gemini, Conker’s Bad Fur Day just to name a few.  There will be 30 games in total, for 30 bucks. Hello! That is a deal.  I also appreciate the fact Shenmue 3 is getting the greenlight.  Hallelujah!  Knowledge was taken away by the 40 minute long Metal Gear Solid 5 Presentation.  Vex was really digging the latest augmented shooter in Deus EX: Mankind Divided.  T-42 was pleasantly surprised by EA’s conference, as Mirror’s Edge looks very promising.  Weekly Question: What Was Your Favorite Announcement From E3 2015?

  1. You guys, knowing me a lil’ while probably already know what I’m going to say…
While there were so many exciting announcements, my favorite showcase was indeed, Dreams by Media Molecule. They continue to amaze me with everything they touch, their originality, and just the overall beauty and fun of their projects. I am definitely looking forward to seeing more of what we can do with the game.

  2. So many good announcements this year. I really loved that new game Horizon. Also that they are adding backwards compatibility to the Xbox One. Being able to play some of the 360 games I never finished before my system died along with the Rare Replay collection and some of the other Xbox One games I missed so far should keep me plenty busy when I pick up an Xbox One (hoping to at the end of the summer).
